Job Descriptions

- Develop interior design concepts and layouts for condominium units, common areas, and amenities. - Brief design teams on concepts provided by the Marketing team, ensuring alignment with brand vision and target market. - Review and provide feedback on design proposals from the team, ensuring they meet project objectives and make revisions as needed. - Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors for design execution. - Select materials, finishes, fixtures, and furniture within budget. - Prepare design presentations and detailed plans. - Oversee on-site implementation to ensure quality and adherence to design. - Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in residential/condominium interior design.
Proven track record of delivering interior design for large-scale residential or condominium projects.
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
Strong creative, communication, and project management skills.
Knowledge of building codes and construction processes.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong collaboration skills to work with multi-disciplinary teams.
