Job DescriptionsResponsibilities:
i. Coordination of the outsource marketing team (approving post publications, marketing
campaigns, collaterals design etc.).
ii. Creating presentations, e.g. reference decks.
iii. Creating tasks and descriptions for the further design: menus, banners, stands, signages,
collaterals etc.
iv. Taking part in creative brainstorms: social media video scenarios, merch design,
giveaways, events etc.
v. Contacting different suppliers & contractors to produce marketing materials: standing
signs, flyers, banners, menus etc.
vi. Taking part in establishing relationships with influencers.
vii. Preparing and monitoring the marketing budget on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
making sure the funds are allocated wisely.
viii. Together with the outsource marketing team, measuring and reporting on the
performance of marketing campaigns.
