Job Descriptions
Routine:
1.Monitoring work in process movement by step.
2.Calculation cost of packaging in work in process area.
3.Generate JV Voucher for WIP transaction.
4.Generate sale invoice & credit note.
5.Generate receipt voucher.
6.Generate AP Voucher: Others. (HR, QC, QA).
7.Generate AP Voucher: Employee (Petty cash).
Monthly:
1.Reconcile the balance in work in process.
2.Reconcile the balance in AR subsidiary ledger
3.Variance Report (Quantity, Price)
Yearly:
1.Calculation standard cost of the year.
2.Physical inventories count for twice a year. (Group: WIP)
3.Supporting year end closing and reporting.
Special :
1.Contribute to team effort by assisting other accounting staff if necessary.
2.Based on yearly plan of finance division.
Qualifications
- Female/Male
- 25 years’ up
- Bachelor’s Degrees in Accounting
- Costing function 1-2 years+
- Good command of English
