Job Descriptions
* The overall responsibility of the marketing efforts to support revenue generation, brand engagement, sales strategies, creative service, Public Relations, Ad, and web, online, and E-marketing.
* Supervise and direct the workflow of marketing, advertising or public relations and facilitate interdepartmental communications and managing external communications.
* Ensure the effective executive communications, media relations, issues/crisis management, and corporate social responsibility, and perform the tasks to the highest standards.
* Conduct, analyze, and collect assess competition
* Screen potential business opportunities by analyzing market strategies
* Coordinate workflow between departments
* Feasibility Study, value, financial return, and proposal according to the winning strategic framework.
* Manage cross-functional execution and assure the project deliver the targeted values.
* Estimate business opportunities and risks that will occur in the market and compare each investment
* Participate in other related duties as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in financial, economics And Master's degree in MBA
- At least 3-year experience in real estate or marketing related fields
- Good command in English, speaking, listening, and writing.
- Great command in Microsoft Excel
- Strong leadership with great team-working skills
- Ability to work and multitask in a fast pace under pressure
