Job Descriptions
Manufacturing Engineer Supervisor : 1.Assign and follow up the work for ME and build up the organization of ME. 2.Prepare the maintenance and management for spare part plan. 3.Coordinate with other departments for preparing the process improvement, layout improvement and arrange the people to responsible. 4.Look after for preparing the equipment or tooling or other for ME and Technician (Capex). 5.Review the performance of the team. 6.To solve and prevent problems. 7.Other tasks the Line Manager orders.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or above with mechanical engineering or a related specialty.
  2. At least 5 years’ experience in related process technology(2 year experience in wire harness industry). the ability to solve problems and manage a team.
  3. Good command of English in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
  4. The background of engineering technology.
  5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve problems independently.
  6. Excellent team player.
  7. Working under pressure.
  8. IATF16949，ISO9001, SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP training certificate.
  9. Thai nationality.
