Job Descriptions
•Ensuring Production Output, Quality, Scrap objectives accomplishment.
•Ensuring the accomplishment of ISO 9001 / IATF16949 / ISO14001 / OHSAS18001 standards (and other specific customer requirements) within the area.
•Revising operator instructions and visual aids.
•Developing training plan for new employees
•Improve production process to meet target.
•Developing changeover procedures.
•Developing process to control overhead (consumables part) costs at cell level.
•Future products/new design levels implementation.
•Ensuring the on-time updating of manufacturing documentation.
•Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering or any related fields.
- Experiences in Manufacturing Production
- Having strong analytical skills and problem solving
- Good command in English both written and spoken and computer proficiency
