Job Descriptions1. Coordinating office activities and administration operations.
2. Create and update records and databases with personnel and other data including employee card.
3. Manage employee’s attendance, record take leave, check time record, overtime and other allowance for support payroll system.
4. Daily control and check the meeting room before and after work including booking request for meeting room and take care welcome sign board.
5. Welcome, take care and provide information to customers and supplier.
6. Responsible for receiving calls, outside and inside line.
7. Responsible for opening and closing doors when customers come in contact.
8. Monthly report for drinking water, toll-fee, employee’s loan.
9. Check mail and distribute to owner in each department.
10. Record training data of all employees and submit document to DSD.
11. Recruit for operation position.
12. Support admin information or data to all of employees.
13. Responsible for stocks uniforms.
14. Other tasks assigned.
Qualifications - Female, age between 25-35 years.
- Bachelor’s Degree or High Vocational in business management or related field.
- Good command in English (writing and reading) is advantage.
- Good computer skill.
- Good relationship, service mind.
- Have knowledge in B-Plus program.
