Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the R&D department in creating innovative packaging solutions for luxury brands, focusing on sustainability and cutting-edge design.
• Oversee the research of new materials, production processes, and design trends to develop products that meet premium market standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and supply chain, to ensure project success from concept to commercialization.
• Manage the R&D project pipeline, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives aligned with business strategies and objectives.
• Spearhead the patent process for new inventions, ensuring intellectual property is secured and leveraged.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging creativity and problem-solving within the team.
• Keep abreast of technological advancements and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Develop and manage the R&D budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum innovation and efficiency.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, facilitating professional growth and expertise in the packaging field.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback and integrate customer-centric innovations into product development.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications, maintaining the company's reputation for high-quality products.
• Report on R&D progress and milestones to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 38-45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี หรือสูงกว่า สาขา IE, ME, PE, Material Engineering Chemical Engineering หรืออื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปี เกี่ยวกับงานวิจัยและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Lean/Kaizen, New innovation,Management skill
- มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษอยู่ในระดับดีมาก สามารถสื่อสารได้ (ฟัง-พูด-อ่าน-เขียน)
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการผลิตและการบรรจุภัณฑ์
- มีความเข้าใจลึกลงในกระบวนการผลิตสินค้าและวัสดุที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น กระบวนการแพ็คเกจจิ้ง เทคโนโลยีการผลิตสิ่งพิมพ์ เทคโนโลยีการบรรจุภัณฑ์ เป็นต้น
- สามารถนำเสนอและนำเสนอแนวคิดใหม่ ๆ ในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และกระบวนการผลิตได้อย่างเหมาะสม
