Job DescriptionsKey Responsibilities:
1.Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
2.Prepare and edit a variety of management reports and documents, such as customer & market analyses and sales reports,
3.Create and maintain databases and filing systems, ensuring the accurate and efficient organization of company records.
4.Attend and participate in management meetings, taking minutes and summarizing key points for distribution to relevant stakeholders.
5.Develop and deliver clear and engaging presentations to support management's strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
6.Act as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and concerns, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors and staff.
7.Collaborate with various departments to gather, analyze, and present data for decision-making and reporting purposes.
8.Assist with budget preparation, expense tracking, and related management activities.
9.Perform additional administrative, secretarial tasks and other assignments from the management team as required.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields.
2.Minimum 3 years’ experience in secretary or personal assistant for executive /administration tasks.
3.Good command in written and spoken English is highly essential.
4.Proficient with Microsoft Office
5.Ability to priorities work, and keep deadlines.
6.Able to effectively communicate
7.Capable of working under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
