Job DescriptionsKey responsibilities:
Marketing Campaigns
1.Plan & manage marketing calendar, including promotions & events
2.Develop/Implement, and execute marketing campaigns across offline, digital & social media platforms
3.Manage creative concept of marketing campaigns & communication materials with the support of creative designer
4.Support creative in liaison with external vendors to plan content for print, broadcast, outdoor media roadshows, in-store sales promotions and/or events
Brand & Digital Implementation
5.Manage all marketing channels including but not limited to website, e-commerce and social media platforms to ensure communication and visual consistency
6.Community management for all enquiries that come through marketing channels.
7.BAU execution of content calendar tying in with the overarching marketing plan & message.
8.Onboard relevant partners that would enhance & strengthen brand positioning.
9.Supervise & implement digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, search engine optimization, and online advertising to enhance the brand's online presence.
Event Execution
10.Support in planning and execution of various sales-related events
11.Identify & onboard media partners in collaboration with marketing teams, expanding the brand’s media network.
12.Cultivate & strengthen relationships with relevant trade & general media for comprehensive coverage of external-facing events.
Budget Management:
13.Manage the budget for performance marketing initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
14.Monitor & report on budget performance against established targets.
Third-Party Agency Management:
15.Collaborate with external agencies for the effective execution of marketing strategies.Other ad-hoc tasks when required.
