ให้บริการด้านข้อมูลรายละเอียดห้องพักกับลูกค้าทางโทรศัพท์และลูกค้า Walk in รับจองห้องพัก ดูแลการ Check In-Check Out ของลูกค้า ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลลูกค้าและห้องพักให้ได้ตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า ให้บริการ อำนวยความสะดวกแก่ลูกค้าที่เข้าพัก และประสานงานกับแม่บ้าน ช่างเทคนิค และฝ่ายอื่นๆ ดูแลตารางการเข้าเวรการทำงานของพนักงานให้ได้ตรงตามมาตรฐาน จัดทำรายงานรายได้การเข้าพักประจำวัน และรายงานอื่นๆ ส่งผู้บังคับบัญชา ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาท่องเที่ยว และ โรงแรม หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีทักษะในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมพื้นฐานได้ดี Word, Excel,PowerPoint และใช้งานสื่ออินเตอร์เน็ตได้เป็นอย่างดี
  4. มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ขยัน เรียนรู้ไว และ มีใจรักด้านการบริการ มีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน
  5. ทักษะในการเจรจา ไหวพริบดี ละเอียด รอบคอบ
  6. มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้เป็นอย่างดี
  7. มีทักษะในการประสานงาน สามารถทำงานร่วมกับคนอื่นได้
  8. มีประสบการณ์ตรงด้านโรงแรม 2 ปี ในตำแหน่ง OM
  9. ปฎิบัติงานคลองหลวง ปทุมธานี
  10. สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี
