Job Descriptions
1.Manage attendance of all the local staff and keep optimizing regulations, and processes. 2.Manage the office's administrative affairs and support local teams. 3.Assist with compliance and local labour relationship management. 4.Build localized company culture and work as a bridge between the headquarters and the satellite office. 5.Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as instructed by superiors/management from time to time. 6.Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and termination processes. 7.Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding. / Organize internal training when required. 8.Maintain and manage the employee database to be accurate and up-to-date. 9.Oversee HR operations, including payroll, employee data, and HR systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. 10.Manage employee benefits such incentives, social security fund and other allowances / benefits.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or above, English or Mandarin as working language.
  2. At least 1 years of HR/Admin-related work experience preferred.
  3. Familiar with local laws and regulations and routine operations.
  4. High sense of responsibility. Result-oriented.
  5. Able to work in a team and communicate efficiently.
  6. Open-minded and willing to work in a multicultural environment.
