Job Descriptions
1. Experience working in SMT or PCBA 2. Guiding engineers in failure analysis. 3. Review process , Product and Identify the new technology, new component, new process and provide a solution and development to the team.
Qualifications
  1. A Bachelor's degree or higher, with proficiency in English (both spoken and written). Knowledge of Chinese will be considered an advantage.
  2. Strong internal communication skills, able to work under pressure, and proficient in office software.
  3. Familiar with quality-related tools: Seven basic quality control techniques, MSA, SPC, FMEA, etc.
  4. Experience in QA or QC in an electronics manufacturing environment will be considered an advantage, and the ability to collaborate with the production line for overtime work is required.
