Job Descriptions
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Thai accounting standards, ensuring accuracy and completeness. - Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, including forecasting revenue and expenses, monitoring variances, and providing insights to support decision-making. - Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency. - Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with Thai tax laws and regulations, oversee tax planning and reporting activities, and liaise with external tax advisors as necessary. - Audit Management: Coordinate and manage external audits, facilitate audit preparations, and address audit findings and recommendations in a timely manner. - Treasury Management: Manage cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships, optimize working capital, and oversee investment strategies to maximize returns. - Financial Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial plans, strategies, and initiatives aligned with the company's goals and objectives. - Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and monitor risk exposure across the organization.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  2. Proven experience in accounting and finance roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial capacity, preferably within the insurance industry in Thailand.
  3. Thorough understanding of Thai accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.

  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving business results and implementing process improvements.
  7. Proficiency in accounting software (SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
