1.Professionally answer telephone calls
2.Casual and Extra manpower Reporting
3.Assist in Canteen Management
4.Oversee Housekeeping and gardening
5.Vehicle Record Management
6.Employee vehicle registration
7.Managing Vending machines
8.Assist in patrol in Plant
9.Security Guards Management
10.Manage Locker for employees
11.General Maintenance survey and coordination
12.Assist in Expat Management
13.Admin Reports Management
14.Other assigned tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- **Good English communication skills is a must**
- Having 2 – 5 years' experience in Admin core.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong negotiation skills, Service mind, Active & Self motivator.
- Readiness to handle extensive support to employees in off hours over email/phone/line groups.
