Job Descriptions
1.Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner. 2.Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required. 3.Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training. 4.Establishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers' well-being into account, and that also minimize the carbon footprint. 5.Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production, and sharing knowledge with co-workers. 6.Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices. 7.Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement. 8.Obtaining any materials and equipment required. 9.Manage production lines and assembly lines of lighting systems with quality. 10.Supports setting up new lines and trying out new models. 11.Analyze work quality problems in the production process in order to develop and improve work procedures and processes. 12.Able to design and prepare Jig for production. 13.Check, Repair and Maintain equipment within the factory. 14.Prepare performance reports to present to management. 15.Perform other tasks Assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Age between 35-45 years old.
  2. BSC for Engineering or relavent degree.
  3. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a factory related to electrical appliance assembly production lines.
  4. Have experience in production line by operator.
  5. Good command in English. And If able to communicate in Chinese, this will be given special consideration.
  6. Familiar with PC Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point Presentation is a must)
