Job Descriptions

-Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure effective inventory management and optimization. -Calculate and monitor key financial metrics, including Cost of Production, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and Inventory Costs, to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting. -Review and analyze standard cost calculations, ensuring alignment with operational performance and financial goals. -Monitor and report on variances between actual costs and standard cost estimates, providing actionable insights to management. -Support cost variance analysis by preparing detailed reports that highlight key discrepancies and propose corrective actions. -Generate comprehensive cost analysis reports, performance reviews, and identify opportunities for cost reduction across operations. -Prepare regular financial reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly summaries, to support strategic decision-making. -Manage transfer pricing calculations for both domestic and international entities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. -Develop and maintain robust cost accounting systems and procedures, optimizing processes for improved accuracy and efficiency. -Ensure compliance with tax, legal, BOI regulations, and HQ policies, safeguarding the company’s financial integrity and adhering to all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, on a full-time basis.
Over 5 years in cost accounting-related work experience, with a preference for experience for manufacturing enterprises.
Positive and proactive learner.
Competent in using Microsoft Office and ERP software.
Proficient in English; Chinese speaking ability is preferred.
