Job Descriptions
Job description and responsibilities
1.To contact customer to get cargo information and inform booking confirmation to customer.
2.To cooperate with transportation, shipping & paperless, consolidation, warehouse and packing team per shipping instruction and send.
DRAFT HAWB to get approval from the customer.
3.To strictly follow export-handling procedures as established by the management.
4.To do daily operations of customer services, including order receiving, order follow-ups, report preparation and customer retention activities.
5.To communicate with overseas offices, local vendors and customers on shipment inquires and to handle customers’ complaints.
6.To handle & achieve the company’s quality system, and MS office.
7.To take up additional assignments as required to meet with the company's needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or relevant fields
- At least 1-2 years of experience in airfreight import customer service, freight forwarding, logistics, air cargo is appreciated.
- Must have knowledge of air cargo and logistics process
- Good communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills;
- Possess a high responsibility, collaboration, initiative, and problem-solving
- Computer skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Customer-focused and delivery results
