Job Descriptions
- Primary interface with customers on quality related matter. - Being responsible for the complaint management for both customers and suppliers ensures that complaints are managed in due time by using adequate problem-Solving techniques and arrange containment actions. - Manage all quality-related issues within the manufacturing team (e. g. internal, supplier, customer, cost recovery, customer warranty and customer quality audits). - Control the quality of products according to company target and customer requirement. - Set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards are. - Develop and document product inspection/testing procedures and work instructions, keep track of quality standards and specify the requirements. - Educate operators and production associations on quality/compliance and procedure. - Conduct product and process audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and execute PPAP submissions for new programs and changes, to execute and flawless launch APQP and PPAP Monitor and report on quality-related key performance indicators. - Follow up to take Corrective and Improvement while problem occurred and control 4M change as requirement
Qualifications
  1. Age 25-35 years old.
  2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer or relate filed.
  3. Minimum 3 years in automotive QA or related fields (Automotive factory).
  4. Automotive knowledge in IATF 16949 requirements, Quality Core Tools such APQP, FMEA, CONTROL PLAN, PPAP, SPC, MSA. (IATF 16949 Lead Auditor / VDA 6.3 Process Audit Certification is advantage)
  5. Advance conversation in middle-high level of English.
  6. Have IATF 16949 Lead Auditor / VDA 6.3 Process Audit Certification.
  7. Experienced in assembly will be advantage.
