Job Descriptions
• Drive sales to meet the company’s goals • Lead, supervise and motivate sales team to increase sales and meet team sales quota • Analyze market trends and potentials • Develop new business opportunities • Build and maintain good relationship with customers • Support recruiting, developing and retaining competent sales staff • Be a leader and role model in teamwork, quality, sense of urgency and dedication to work and adaptation to changes
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree or higher
  2. At least 8 years direct experience in Sales
  3. Strong leadership skill
  4. Positive and proactive approach and engagement
  5. Good problem-solving skills
  6. Good command of English
  7. Able to travel upcountry
