● Implement BPO management principles, structure, workflow and processes
● Responsible for managing LOB operations and client based KPIs (quality, staffing, service level and billable
hours)
● Assess and adjust operations / procedures in response to real-time changes
● Oversees daily LOB activities (hiring, facility requirement, assets, etc)
● Continued supervision of team members (assigned work, training, problem solving, client concerns) to
optimize productivity and performance
● Host internal - external business review regularly to present performance, communicate insights to ensure all
concerns are addressed
● Develop, manage and maintain team productivity goals vs dept standards
● Participate in cross-functional meetings to review operational support information, define action plans that
resolve issues and drive improvement
● Create consistency in performance and processes across multiple market with TLs development through
coaching and development plansBachelor Degree or Higher in any discipline
