Job Descriptions
1. จัดทำ,จัดเก็บและรวบรวมเอกสารใบเสนอราคา/drawing/ใบอนุมัติสินค้า-ราคาเข้าไว้เป็นชุดตามราคาสินค้า 2. จัดทำใบร้องขอให้จัดทำสินค้าตัวอย่างพร้อมร้องขอเอกสารสนับสนุนไปยังแผนกวิศวกรรมรวมถึงติดตามงานให้ได้ตรงตามกำหนดเวลาเพื่อส่งต่อฝ่ายขาย 3. ตรวจสอบราคาขายในใบสั่งซื้อของลูกค้าว่าตรงกับใบเสนอราคาขาย ณ ช่วงเวลาที่กำหนดไว้ 4. รับเรื่องร้องเรียนจากลูกค้าเพื่อประสานงานต่อภายในกับองค์กรจนได้สินค้าถูกต้องตามที่ลูกค้าต้องการ 5. จัดทำใบคำสั่งการผลิตสินค้าโดยอ้างองข้อมูลจากใบสั่งซื้อหรือแผนการจัดส่งสินค้าของลูกค้า 6. จัดทำแผนการจัดส่งสินค้าล่วงหน้าเพื่อส่งต่อให้ฝ่ายจัดส่ง 7. จัดทำใบกำกับภาษีให้ถูกต้องตามรายการสินค้าและราคาขายที่ตกลงกับลูกค้า 8. จัดทำใบลดหนี้ หรือเพิ่มหนี้ 9. จัดทำใบวางบิลของลูกค้าจากยอดสรุปการขายสินค้าประจำเดือน ณ วันที่ลูกค้ากำหนดเพื่อส่งต่อไปยังผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง 10. ติดต่อประสานงานแผนกอื่นๆภายในองค์กร 11. งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง
  2. อายุระหว่าง 23 -30 ปี
  3. วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช. ขึ้นไป
  4. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการประสานงาน 1 ปี ขึ้นไป
  5. มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรม ERP และ ความรู้งาน Automotive จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  6. สามารถใช้  Microsoft Word, Excell
  7. สามารถติดต่อประสานงานกับแผนกอื่นๆได้
