Job Descriptions
Tasks & responsibilities
- Have experience all function of HR Department at least 7 years.
- Handle and maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Managing and preparing yearly-end appraisal & performance management system.
- Carry out annual budget of department preparation to be updated.
- Provide advice to management in relation to all human resources management and labor law activies.
-Monitor company's compensation,benefits and other related benefitsin accordance with laws.
Qualifications
- Male.
- Age 30-45 years old.
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or any other related filed.
- 5 years of experiences in HR department ,knowledge Labor Law (Must)and experience in HR factory .
- Good command in English -Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point Presentation)
- If you have experience working in a factory,will be given special consideration.
