Job Descriptions/ลักษณะงาน:
- วางแผนการดำเนินการ ควมคุม ติดตาม วิเคราะห์ ให้ได้ตามเป้าที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ติดตาม แชร์ไอเดีย และตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของสื่อโฆษณา สื่อ offline ต่างๆ และประชาสัมพันธ์ เช่น Artwork, Rollup, Stand, Billboard
- บริหารจัดการ Campaign และ Promotion ให้สอดคล้องกับแผนการตลาด
- กำกับดูแลการผลิตสื่อการตลาด Marketing materials Perspectives, VDO, Animations, Sales Kit, Brochure, Signage, AW Ads และ อื่นๆ
- ติดต่อและประสานงานกับคู่ค้า (Supplier) ในการผลิตสื่อโฆษณาประชาสัมพันธ์ต่าง ๆ เช่น ป้ายโฆษณา, โปสเตอร์, โบรชัวร์, บูทแสดงสินค้า, บูทประชาสัมพันธ์ เป็นต้น
- ตรวจสอบงบประมาณการตลาดให้อยู่ในงบประมาณที่ได้รับ
- ประสานงานกับ Marketing Agency, Event organizer และ Sales Agency เพื่อดำเนินกิจกรรมการตลาดตามแผนงาน
- วิเคราะห์ นำเสนอความเห็น และจัดทำรายงานสรุป เพื่อนำเสนอต่อผู้บริหารและหัวหน้างาน
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
**ทำงาน 5 วัน/สัปดาห์ วันจันทร์ - วันศุกร์ เวลา 09.00น. - 18.00 น.
**สถานที่ทำงาน: ซอย Ratchada 32 แขวงจันทรเกษม เขตจตุจักร กทม.

Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการตลาด หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 3 - 5 ปีขึ้นไป ในงานการตลาดอสังหาริมทรัพย์โดยตรง
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมพื้นฐาน อย่างเช่น Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketchup, Adobe Premiere
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์และชื่นชอบการดูแบบ/ดีไซน์
- Good Mindset / Good Energy / Be Creative
