Job Descriptions

• Implement product evaluation and summary report for product trial. • Define the preventive maintenance check sheet of Jig/Fixture/machine in each process. • Analyze the problem relates with product that effect to quality and function. • Leader for the new model and product transfer trial and meeting for follow up until to start mass production. • Set up the machine/jig/fixture/tooling and tester jig into production lines which transfer from China to Thailand factory • Repair the jig fixture/tools • Prepare the spare part for support the jig fixture/tools/machine.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree of Engineer, Electrical, Electronic or related field
Minimum 3-year experience in electronics manufacturing environment, preferable from electronics products industry.
Have an experience for product transfer and new model preparation.
Have an experience for set up new model and product transfer from Local or oversea.
Hands on experience to solve the problems of machine, tester, Jig & Fixtures.
Good Knowledge an electrical diagram, pneumatic, PLC, Automation systems for production Line.
Good Knowledge of statistical process control and basic of statistic.
Proficiency in computer skills including MS office and other engineering software etc.
Able to use English as work language.
Have the positive thinking and flexibility.
Self-starter and self-motivator
Good command of English communication
Computer Skills and software, Microsoft office (Excel , Word ,Power point), Adobe Acrobat, Auto CAD / PLC
Good helthy, Cooperative and helpful, Team spirit
Able to work under pressure, Able to flexibly
Positive thinking and good attitude.
