Job Descriptions

- Source and procure new cosmetic, fragrance, and skincare products from international suppliers to meet market demands - Monitor beauty industry trends and incorporate insights into product sourcing and purchasing strategies - Negotiate with domestic and international suppliers to secure competitive pricing and optimal terms - Plan and oversee import processes to ensure timely product availability - Collaborate with marketing and warehouse teams to manage stock levels and support promotional activities - Analyze sales data and product performance to inform procurement strategies and inventory management - Handle import-related documentation, including import permits, certifications, and customs duties

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, International Trade, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in purchasing or import operations, preferably in retail or a relevant industry
Passionate about and knowledgeable of trends in cosmetics, fragrances, or skincare
Strong negotiation and coordination skills
Analytical mindset with strategic planning abilities
Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
