Job Descriptions

- Create and manage project budgets to keep costs under control during development - Prepare and present financial reports and cash flow forecasts for senior management. - Prepare cost plan and detailed studies for real construction projects. Monitor cost variations and identify potential budget overruns. - Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities (BOQs), and scope of work for projects. - Support the selection, negotiation, and finalization of contractor contracts. - Involve the value engineering process to reduce project costs. - Evaluate and process payments to contractors and suppliers. - Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align financial strategies with project objectives. - Ensure compliance with project, company and legal requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Electrical engineer, Mechanical engineer or related in engineering field.
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Municipal engineering projects or infrastructure construction projects.
Excellent understanding of subcontract management and quantity surveying practices.
Good command of English.
Competent in using Microsoft Office Program; Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
