Job Descriptions

Working Time (Optional / สามารถเลือกเวลาได้)

Daily Time: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Europe Shift: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Shift Allowance: 3,500 THB) Responsibilities

Create and booking the invoice to the customer

Create export file, prepare booking and data entry in the system as per customer request

Create TC Calculation and GPM quotation as per customer request

Mapping Import File and checking documents

Update Tank Container status on the system

To check and approval cost Repair and Maintenance in the system

Create any document related to tank container and send to destination

To check and prepare Report Overview TC Availability

To check and create the invoice as per customer request

Upload report of Tank Container in the system

To submit monthly KPIs to overseas colleagues

Any other tasks assigned by superior

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree
0 - 2 years in related field Import – Export, Freight Forwarding and New graduates are welcomed
Good command of English
Good team player and Operational Skill
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Program
Preferably with working experience in multinational freight forwarder
Strong interpersonal skill, good coordination, good relation, and service mind
Available on flexible working time 08:30 – 18:00 hrs. and 13:00 – 22:30 hrs.
