Job Descriptions
Working Time : Monday - Friday (8:30 AM - 6:00 PM)
Responsibilities
Data entry in Microsoft Office Access to issue commercial documents base on access data Invoice, Packing List, Transmittal Letter and other related Banking documents
Data entry in “Advanced Business Solution” (ABS) from transport orders to issue bill of lading and document advice and other related transport documents
Communicate with counterpart in overseas operations
Manage things related to work such as, daily tickets, updating manuals, customer’s status, KPI, etc.
Other assigned by Superior
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 0 - 2 years in related field Import – Export, Freight Forwarding and New graduates are welcomed
- Be able to speak and written English basic skill
- Good team player
- Operational Skill, Especially in Documentation
- Computer skills: Office Word and Excel
