Job Descriptions
Working hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.) Working location: Fortune Tower (MRT Rama 9) ***Interested applicants, please submit your updated English resume with contact phone number, current and expected salary. Salary will be dependent on experience and qualifications. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. *** *** Able to start working immediately will be considered an advantage.*** Key Responsibilities: - Manage the accounts payable process, including the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, purchase orders, and creditor payments. - Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements related to accounts payable transactions. Verify and reconcile vendor invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts, resolving discrepancies as needed. - Process electronic payments and manage vendor payment schedules in accordance with payment terms and company policies. - Maintain accurate records in the general ledger (GL) related to accounts payable transactions. Monitor and manage creditor accounts, including timely resolution of vendor inquiries and disputes. - Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable, including reconciliations and accruals. - Support external auditors during annual audits by providing documentation and explanations related to accounts payable processes and transactions. - Develop and maintain effective internal controls and procedures related to accounts payable to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, and vendors, to optimize accounts payable processes and resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's/College Degree in finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  2. Min. 1 year experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  4. Preferable with hands-on experiences in large-volume payment in the transportation industry.
  5. Good excel/google sheet skills
  6. Excellent written and oral communication skills
  7. Must be flexible, adaptable, and able to meet multiple deadlines
  8. High responsibilities, Strong organizational, hard working and able to work under pressure.
  9. Strong interpersonal skill and able to work with others as teamwork.
  10. Time management skills and able to deliver urgent or completed job on time as schedule and commitment.
  11. Service-mind, enthusiasm and willing to learn
