Job Descriptions
•To ensure safe working conditions are evaluated/designed properly and standardized into any changes in working practices, new processes and plant developments. •To ensure all Critical Process Parameter (CCP) are monitored, managed, and taken action properly before it is out of control that will be generated any losses in gypsum board process and energy consumption. •Provide detailed process data analysis base on QC 7 tools, WCM tool to identify potential engineering and process control developments. •Provide technical support to all production operation staff in the resolution of process variations, Cpk improvement. •Work closely with Operation team, QAS team and Engineering to ensure all Process parameter, Operation and Inspection procedure and Equipment are maintained in the right condition (Zero defect and Zero process break down condition). •Leads to identify improvement projects (Reactive, Preventive and Proactive) with local management team to attack Plant KPI. (OEE, NSY, Availability, Quality Complaint, Energy consumption and CO2 reduction). •To manage specific WCM FI Projects activity programing and TPQC techniques developing in all section. Leading to Systematic thinking, Data analysis skill improvement, Human error reduction, World Class processes cost and High-quality standards management. •Leads QPC pillar and ensure all employee understand and involve the Quality Maintenance programing active. •To ensure the performance of quality system are evaluated and actively. Such as reviewing of quality control plan, Process performance audit, Process Change Management base on 6 Months basic. •Support all activity of assigned NPD project and ensure achievement will be completed within timeframe.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering
  2. Excellent written and verbal English communication
  3. At least 2 year’ experience in manufacturing plant
  4. Highly entrepreneurial self-starter and manager/coach
  5. Very hands-on in defining objectives and producing deliverables in a fast - paced environment.
  6. Strong blend of analytical, decision making and creative problem solving skills
  7. Ability to travel internationally when necessary
  8. Flexibility and well schedule management
  9. Work under pressure with time and condition
  10. Good knowledge for industrial 4.0 technology and automation
  11. Good knowledge for ISO 9001, 18001 and 45001
  12. Open to learn new things
  13. Good teamwork with cross-function
