Job DescriptionsP&O Operation Executive is responsible for supporting the broad spectrum of P&O operation work. This role will serve as the point of contact for any P&O operation inquires within the identified cross segment, and client group to support associates and the business initiative. A critical aspect of this role is to ensure the P&O on-ground backbone to be smoothly and accurately delivered, and additionally provide the exceptional support to the business on people agenda and movement. The complexity of the role is to provide the support across countries.
•Administer, update, and maintain accurate personnel records, manage and maintain P&O system database and collaboration with MYP&O
•Be a contact person of the site policy related to company benefits.
•Arrange New associate Induction.
•Administrator all company benefit plans such as insurance, provident fund, social security fund, etc.
•Support the broad spectrum of P&O work and activities such as onboarding/off-boarding administration, transfer administration, associate document management, verification letters, claims administration, associate queries, communication, etc.
•Collaborate with payroll for any payment related issue.
•Providing HR reports or any adhoc reports
•Reviewing and identifying areas of improvement within P&O operations.
•Provide service and advice to associates on P&O related issue, and support P&O on-ground execution.
•Manage P&O Activity, welfare and benefit.
•Support team and others assignment
