Job Descriptions

1.Draft and review various contracts and legal documents; 2.Provide legal advice to various functional and business departments; 3.Provide legal support for company management, labor compliance, etc 4.Monitor and Collect laws and policies related to the company's business; 5.Provide legal training to company employees; 6.Support external lawyer in handling potential or actual litigation/arbitration cases; 7.Handle other legal affairs as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in law from reputable university in China or Thailand;
More than 2 years of work experience in a law firm or in corporate legal affairs；
Be able to use English and Thai，or Chinese and Thai, as working language;
Have a high sense of responsibility and execution, good communication and coordination skills, and a strong sense of teamwork;
Priority given to someone who has obtained a Lawyer’s License or is a member of the Thai Bar Association
