Job Descriptions1. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends by gathering data from distributors and external research firms to support product development and sales strategies.
2. Develop annual sales forecasts in collaboration with distributors to ensure accurate production planning and sales target alignment.
3.Manage and review purchase orders, ensuring alignment with sales forecasts and coordinating with production teams to optimize inventory levels.
4. Monitor competitor activities and market conditions through regular market visits, identifying opportunities to enhance competitive positioning.
5. Develop pricing strategies based on cost structures and market competitiveness to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
6. Strengthen relationships with distributors and key customers by providing support, gathering feedback, and addressing concerns to enhance business partnerships.
7. Assess customer satisfaction by collecting and analyzing feedback, collaborating with internal teams to drive continuous product and service improvements.
8. Ensure timely product delivery by closely monitoring shipment schedules and resolving any logistical issues.
9. Support the Sales Senior Manager with additional tasks, projects, and initiatives to drive company growth and achieve strategic goals.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in sales or customer service, with 3-5 years in a managerial role (preferably in the A/C or HVAC industry).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with customers and internal teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service
- Knowledge of international markets and a strong understanding of the air conditioning industry
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
