Job Descriptions
- จัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์ให้บริการลูกค้า
- จัดทำใบขอซื้อ และตรวจรับของเข้า
- ดูแล ตรวจนับ สต๊อกยา เวชภัณฑ์ อุปกรณ์ต่างๆ และจัดทำรายงานรายวันรายเดือน
- จัดทำตารางกะงานของคลินิก
- จัดคิวผู้ช่วยแพทย์
- รวบรวม และตรวจสอบเอกสารส่งเข้าออฟฟฟิศ
- ประสานงานกับออฟฟิศ
สาขาที่เปิดรับสมัคร
- สยามสแควร์
- ทำงาน 6 วัน / สัปดาห์ ประจำสาขา
- เวลาทำงาน : 11.00 -20.30 น.
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะการประสานงานและสื่อสาร
- ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีประสบการณ์ มีสอนงานให้
- สามารถใช้ MS office และ Office365 ได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านดูแลสต็อก จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
