Job Descriptions
1. Maintain records of Sales and AR for AFH channels
2. Responsible for cheque collection from MT accounts HQ (or Distributors’ office) and deposit the same to company’s account.
3. Checking and evaluation of Expense Claims from Commercial team and verify along with HR.
4. Single point of contact for booking of tickets, hotels, and venue for company events.
5. To liaise between the teams at Commercial office and Factory for receiving/sending of samples, documents, etc
Qualifications
- Bachelor's of Business Administration or related field
- Experience in office and sales administration
- Good verbal and written communication in English
- Details Oriented, possess good attitude and able to work well with team
- Proficient in Microsoft office; word, excel, power point and outlook
