Job Descriptions
As the authorized distributor of premium beauty brands as HARMONY, QTICA from USA, FOOTLOGIX from Canada, PERRON RIGOT & ELLA BACHE from France and eyelash extension and lifting brands from Japan, we have been leading Thai market and distributing these brands to over 1000 Nail salons and beauty salons for 15 years. Now we start reorganizing the sales team for future expanding the market and sales and look for the talented the leader of sales team who has strong passion and experience. Duties and responsibility 1) Understand and analyze the BtoB beauty market and generate strategies to expand market of brands. 2) Make idea and plan for promotion campaign and events, conduct them and evaluate the result. 3) Manage the team members to work effectively based on the strategy and plan to achieve sales target. 4) Solve the internal and external problem with other sections and customers. 5) Assist for recruiting and training the new sales staff.
Qualifications
  1. Female, Age 32-45 yrs
  2. Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  3. Need minimum 3 years experience of account sales and visited BtoB customers in Beauty industry..
  4. Need minimum 3 years experience of sales manager in managing sales team.
  5. Need minimum 2 years experience of sales manager and make strategy and campaign idea and plan and leading.
  6. High responsibility, patience and passion
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  8. Strong leadership with initiative, proactive, and hard-working style
  9. Good command in English
