Job Descriptions

Performance Management : - Partner with managers to design and implement data-driven performance management systems. Conduct performance reviews and provide insightful feedback to employees. - Analyze performance data (e.g., productivity metrics, engagement surveys) to identify trends and areas for improvement. Recommend and implement performance improvement initiatives based on data-driven insights. Employee Relations : - Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures. - Address employee concerns and complaints promptly and professionally. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Data Analysis & AI Exploration : - Work closely with HR leadership to explore and identify potential applications of AI in HR processes (e.g., talent acquisition, talent development, employee engagement). - Collect and analyze relevant HR data using tools like Power BI and Excel. - Generate reports and presentations to communicate data-driven insights and propose AI-powered solutions. Additional Responsibilities : - Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and legal compliance. Assist with other HR projects as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role.
Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Strong understanding of performance management principles and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for learning and exploring new technologies, particularly AI applications in HR.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
