Provide advice and offer services to both new and existing customers.
Follow up and take care of existing customers to maintain sales, monitor service delivery, strengthen and maintain good relationships with customers, and track customer satisfaction evaluations. Additionally, improve and resolve any service issues to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Manage new customers who contact the company for advice or service details.
Expand the customer base by searching for new leads from the internet and other databases provided by the company, then reach out to introduce the company's services and offer additional advice related to logistics services.
Visit existing customers to follow up on work and service delivery.
Visit new customers to introduce yourself and present the company's services.
Offer services and prepare various quotations according to customer needs, using information from the company's system database or by negotiating prices directly with service providers.
After the customer confirms the service, coordinate to transfer the work to the customer service department for further action.
After a new customer confirms service use, complete the new customer detail form to request approval for payment terms. Send it to the accounting and finance department to add the new customer to the system, and coordinate to transfer the work to the customer service department for further action.
