Job Descriptions
- Analyze incidents to identify root causes, ensuring resolution within established service level agreements (SLA). - Proactively monitor systems to prevent incidents, errors, and performance issues, implementing solutions to improve overall system reliability. - Conduct rigorous testing and validation of bug fixes to ensure successful deployment in production environments. - Work closely with the development team to drive issues to full resolution - Progress report weekly, monthly
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience
  3. Must have basic knowledge of SQL and possess good logic
  4. Basic knowledge of application programming to help automate various internal tasks
  5. Good command of English will be an advantage
  6. Service-minded, strong interpersonal skills, and team player personality
