Job Descriptions- Analyze incidents to identify root causes, ensuring resolution within established service level agreements (SLA).
- Proactively monitor systems to prevent incidents, errors, and performance issues, implementing solutions to improve overall
system reliability.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of bug fixes to ensure successful deployment in production environments.
- Work closely with the development team to drive issues to full resolution
- Progress report weekly, monthly
Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Must have basic knowledge of SQL and possess good logic
- Basic knowledge of application programming to help automate various internal tasks
- Good command of English will be an advantage
- Service-minded, strong interpersonal skills, and team player personality
