Job Descriptions
Responsibility: 1.Responsible for Account Payable and all expenses 2.Checking documents from suppliers, employees and all expenses reimbursement, before processing the payment 3.Review AP voucher and Payment voucher 4.Prepare and Review payment for suppliers and ensure payment made on time 5.Prepare withholding tax voucher, withholding report, VAT report, AP Aging report 6.Monthly prepare the supporting details of liabilities and all accrued expenses 7.Reconcile Bank balance in payment part 8.Can work with Ad hoc project
Qualifications
  1. Male or Female, age 23-30 years old
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy will be preferred
  3. Had an experience in AP account more than 3 years
  4. Understood the Accounting standard and Tax as well
  5. Hard working, Patient, Honest, Punctual
  6. Can use Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point as well
  7. Have ever used the Express, Dynamics Navision or other ERP systems(**Advantage)
