Job Descriptions
1.Assist in planning and executing factory operations and maintenance of machinery to ensure efficiency.
2.Support in managing human resources and communicate with technical and related teams.
3.Collaborate with engineers in planning and executing maintenance and upgrades of machinery.
4.Assist in inspecting and assessing risks related to safety and security in machinery operation.
5.Assist in developing maintenance plans for machinery and materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a relevant position.
- Knowledge and understanding of principles and technology related to factory and machinery.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Planning and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving ability and ability to work under pressure.
