Job Descriptions1.Be responsible for daily kitchen work, including ingredient purchasing, preparation, cooking, and cleaning;
2.Prepare and cook various Chinese dishes according to the restaurant menu or customer requests;
3.Ensure the authenticity of the dishes' flavors, excellent color and aroma, and meet the taste preferences of customers;
4.Maintain kitchen hygiene and ensure food safety;
5.Assist other restaurant staff in providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications - Have a passion for cooking, be familiar with Chinese cuisine preparation, and possess at least two years of experience in Chinese cooking;
- Have knowledge of food safety and hygiene, and possess good hygiene habits;
- Possess good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to work collaboratively with other restaurant staff;
- Have a sense of responsibility and be able to handle a certain level of work pressure;
- Possess good professional ethics, honesty, and integrity.
