Company information We are a foreign managed company active as an exporter and buying agent situated in Samutprakarn. Our office is in walking distance between 2 mono-rail stations on Srinakarin Road. Our core product categories are in household & kitchenware, small furniture and silver jewelry exported to Europe and USA. Job description merchandiser - day to day correspondence with suppliers in Thai and abroad - day to day correspondence with customers abroad - handling enquiries & product sourcing for customers - proficient in order follow up with customers & suppliers including order confirmation to customers, purchase orders to suppliers - follow up approval samples with suppliers for customers - follow up production with suppliers as per shipment schedule - do booking for the shipments with freight forwarder agents - prepare shipping documents: commercial invoice, packing list, etc. - co-inspection with senior inspector for Thai shipments up-country - monthly report to accountant for withhold tax, VAT, invoices, expenses, etc. - perform other duties as per assignment An interesting job with a good package in a pleasant working environment is waiting for the right candidate. Working days/hours: Monday – Friday from: 09.00 a.m. – 06:00 p.m.

Qualifications

male / female
new graduates are welcome for training on the job
good command of spoken & written English
basic computer skills in MS office, excel, power point
able to work independent and focused on details
ability to work multi-tasking within a team
punctual and attentive, willing to learn on the job
can start to work immediately
