Responsibilities:
- Analyze trends and patterns to accurately predict potential future demand.
- Assess data trends and patterns to meet deadlines and identify behavioral trends that impact overall operational performance.
- Analyze reports by prioritizing and scheduling to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Create and maintain operational reports, including real-time and historical reports regarding workload, service performance, employee ranking, and past trends.
- Continuously communicate with colleagues, managers, and executives about balancing workload and employee scheduling needs, both in real-time and historically.
- Lead team meetings with managers to evaluate performance and identify and mitigate risks.
Provide guidance, training, and evaluate team members.
- Manage the team to consistently meet service standards.
- Oversee real-time scheduling and workload management to meet service requirements.
