Engineer (Plating) Manager

Job Descriptions
-Oversee daily operations of the electroplating department, ensuring efficient and high-quality production.
-Develop and implement process improvements to optimize plating efficiency and product quality.
-Manage and train a team of technicians, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
-Coordinate with quality assurance teams to monitor and maintain plating standards.
-Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the plating process.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product development and customer requirements.
-Support customer audit.
-Coaching to technician level for assign work.
-Make weekly report by English version with presentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in metal plating, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of electroplating processes, chemicals, and equipment.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English and Thai is preferred.
- Good command communicates in English.
- Have knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001 or Similar standard.
