Job Descriptions

1. Plan measurement and testing (Measuring & Test) for new products from the design and development department. 2. Implement preventive maintenance for measuring and testing tools by scheduling regular maintenance to eliminate causes of damage in production. 3. Carry out predictive maintenance for measuring and testing tools using process data to avoid repair issues by predicting similar damage patterns. 4. Prepare user manuals and calibration guides for equipment, measuring tools, and testing tools to comply with specified standards, such as MSOP. 5. Plan and monitor the calibration of measuring tools, gauges, jigs, and testing equipment. Coordinate with various departments, both internally and externally, to ensure that all tools and equipment can consistently ensure product quality, with reviews to align with the quality management system. 6. Maintain and update documentation related to the calibration of measuring and testing tools, as well as product measurement. Ensure reviews are aligned with the quality management system. 7. Analyze the measurement system of SEM & EDS and FTIR measuring tools to ensure the company's measurement system meets standards and stays within acceptable error margins. 8. Provide knowledge, explanations, and communication to ensure compliance with quality systems such as ISO9001, IATF16949, environmental management systems like ISO14001, and other standards such as RBA, BCM, and future standards. 9. Communicate or coordinate with relevant departments regarding test results and GR&R (Variable) process analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
Experience on measuring and analytical equipment 3D,2D measuring microscope, image measuring, Tensile Test, X-ray MC, SEM, FTIR etc. Including have knowledge on GD&T, ISO/IATF 16949
Able to use English well (speaking, reading, writing).
At least 2 years in Quality Engineer.
Able on computer Skill.
