Job Descriptions
- Respond to customer inquiries about repairs and after-sales issues. - Log and track service requests, ensuring timely resolution. - Coordinate with maintenance teams for repair work. - Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction. - Record interactions in the CRM system and generate reports.
Qualifications
  1. Fluent in Thai (spoken and written).
  2. 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in after-sales or maintenance.
  3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  4. Experience with CRM systems.
  5. Must be able to work 6 days per week with shifts (5 days in-office, and WFH on public holidays).
