Job Descriptions
1.เปิดใบสั่งขาย ได้ถูกต้องและรวดเร็ว
2. เก็บข้อมูลการเปิดการขาย
3.จัดทำรายงานต่างๆ
4.เก็บเอกสารภายในแผนก
5.งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทำงาน จันทร์-ศุกร์ เวลา 08.30-17.30ทำงานวันเสาร์ครึ่งวัน เวลา 09.00-14.00 ผ่านโปร ทำเสาร์เว้นเสาร์
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง อายุ 24 - 29ปี วุฒิปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์ 2-3 ปี ขึ้นไป
- มีความสามารถด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ ใช้โปรแกรม Excel ( Pivot , VLookup , Sumif) ได้ดี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ ความสามาถในการใช้โปรแกรม EXPRESS จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ซื่อสัตย์ ตรงต่อเวลา มีความรับผิดชอบสูง มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี
- สามารถทำงานได้ด้วยตัวเอง
- มีไหวพริบและแก้ไขปัญหาได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
