• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize production efficiency and meet company objectives. • Lead and mentor a diverse team of production supervisors and operators. • Establish and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products while minimizing downtime and costs. • Collaborate with other departments such as engineering, procurement, and quality assurance to streamline processes and resolve production issues. • Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment for all employees. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed to improve performance. • Identify opportunities for automation, technology adoption, and process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste. • Manage budgeting and resource allocation for the production department, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in related field; Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering
Experience in Manufactural field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in a leadership role within a manufacturing
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of implementing process improvements and achieving results.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Knowledge of ERP-systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics, or similar
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
